Domaine Terres d’Hachène

This month’s outing is to an interesting vineyard in the heart of the Cévennes foothills, located between Anduze and Quissac.

Although the original building dates back to the 15th century, the estate was a silk worm magnanerie for many years, before the mulberry trees were replaced by vines in the early 2000s. The domain has been certified as organic since 2017.
