Our “Lunch With” series this month, will feature Verity Smith (and her dog Luna!). Verity lives locally and is a blind international dressage rider, singer/songwriter, author, campaigner and international speaker. She relishes the challenge of defying convention and breaking down boundaries and will be an inspiration to everyone.
