Our Book for June is ‘Birds in Fall’ by Brad Kessler, a beautiful and moving novel aboout solitude, love, losing your way ad finding something like home. The writing is llyrical, the characters are interesting, the metaphors are lovely. Kessler’s knowledge of the natural world, music, and myth enriches every page. We are expecting it to prove a popular choice and are looking forward to our usual lively exchange of reactions and views.
