In March, we will be visiting Les Collines du Bourdic, which is a large cave cooperative located in the village of Bourdic. This is the site where the wine making takes place, not to be confused with their sales cooperative at Saint Maximin! Originally opened in 1928 when a group of local winegrowers from four villages decided to join forces and produce wine together. Today, this has grown into 110 vignerons working over 1,800 hectares of vineyards, producing over 30 cuvées!

Our visit will include a one-hour visit to the cave, followed by a guided tasting of 7 different wines.
